One day in a cafe

Me and my mother had just ordered some cakes for us, and sat down. One of the waiter came to ask for our drink order; and this ensues.

At last my mother relented and ordered eq***, while grumbling that 

"Even I know that Eq*** is a brand of mineral water!!"
